2. General Information on Data Processing
We generally process our users' personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Personal data are regularly processed only with the user's consent. An exception applies in those cases where obtaining prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.
3. PROVIDING THE WEBSITE AND LOG FILES
On every visit to our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the requesting computer. The following data are collected:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- User's IP address
- Date and time of access
- HTTP status code
These data are stored in our server's log files. These data are not stored together with other personal data of the user.
The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Storage in log files is carried out to ensure the functionality of the website. Log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest.
4. Contact Form and E-Mail Contact
Our website provides a contact form that can be used to make electronic contact. If a user makes use of this option, the data entered in the input form is transmitted to us and stored. This data is usually:
- Name
- Email address
- Your message
At the time the message is sent, the following data is also stored:
- User's IP address
- Date and time of submission
Alternatively, you can contact us via the provided email address. In this case, the personal data transmitted with the email will be stored.
The legal basis for processing the data, if the user has given consent, is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The legal basis for processing the data transmitted in the course of contacting us is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If the contact is aimed at concluding a contract, an additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the input form of the contact form and those sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
5. COOKIES
Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies. Only technically necessary cookies are used, which are required for the operation of the website. These cookies do not store any personal data and are used exclusively for the technical provision of the service.
6. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

8. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

9. DATA SECURITY
During your visit to the website, we use the widely used SSL/TLS procedure (Secure Socket Layer / Transport Layer Security) in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we instead use 128-bit v3 technology. Whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form can be recognized by the closed display of the key or padlock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
In addition, we use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or deliberate manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties.

This privacy policy is currently valid and is as of April 2025. As our website and the services offered through it continue to develop, or due to changes in legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy. The current privacy policy can be accessed and printed by you at any time on the website.
